Review on Global Parts 8231237 Heater Core by John Thawngzauk

Caravan 2005 ATTENTION! If your caravan has a brown plastic end heater core then this is NOT the part you need. That being said, you can get this part to work, but it doesn't quite fit. Another style has a heater box with a rounded back end inside that this core doesn't fully fit into. It also adheres to an inner baffle in the box that serves to separate the driver and passenger sides. Break off part of the divider (easily by hand) and it goes inside. You will need 2 #8 x 1-1/4 screws to hold it in place as it doesn't go all the way in - it sticks out about 1/4. 4 inches. You will also need 2 black o-rings for the connecting hoses, not the blue ones. Black o-rings (standard o-rings) are slightly thicker. It worked fine for me once.
