That's exactly what it looks like. It's convenient and not as difficult as anything else. You fill it with water, add some salt and soak your aching feet for 20 minutes. That's all your feet really need to feel good again. I'm glad I chose this over a rolling, bubbling footbath. They looked cool but I know I will never use them because I would be too lazy to learn how to work with them, then tune them and then clean them. However, I can't give 5 stars because it was delivered without the original packaging. It was just in a regular package that was in a regular box. It makes me feel like I can never be sure they didn't send me a used one or something. I believe that all products should have branded packaging. Otherwise it's a good product at a good price.
