Great for sleep! on my review.
I love this blanket. It has good weight to it for me, I can sleep with or without covers. but I usually have a cover on for the weight. Its summer and warm, I still use this. It doesnt retain heat, so it isn't made to keep you warm. It just gives you nice pressure. My wife hates the blanket though, she feels like it's going to suffocate her with the weight. She's 115lbs and I'm 180lbs, so it probably feels like a boulder on her. Only drawn back is that the blanket is filled with sand or beads. so at night is sounds like your shaking an etch a sketch when you move. For me not a big deal, for the wife, it is annoying.
