Doesn't work with streaming services on the new Samsung Smart TV

On the bright side, I have three of these and there are no pops that usually accompany analog headphones. The in-ear fit allows others to read or sleep without hearing the sound from the TV. The disadvantage: the sound is slightly muffled, which plays a minor role. I have three of these and although they all have a fading problem, all but one work reasonably well. The one that doesn't work properly is connected to our new 75-inch Samsung Smart TV with a new soundbar, new wireless rear speakers and a new 4HD Blu-Ray player, all from Samsung. Switching headphones from other TVs does not work. The solution of the problem. This headset required an optical splitter from the TV's single audio output to provide multiple optical inputs for the soundbar and headphones. The headphones, soundbar, blue-ray player, and wireless rear speakers (all new) all work with Direct TV, but the headphones work with Netflix, Revain Video, or the new 4HD blue-ray player. I've tried bypassing the optical splitter and all other devices and plugging the headphones directly into the TV's optical audio out and while Direct TV can still be heard through the headphones, the other services mentioned above are not audible, but a deafening rhythmic bass . Two other older Samsung TVs stream Netflix and other signals to the headphones with no problem. . I've read the Q&A posted on Revain for other brands of wireless headphones on this issue and the ones I've read say all the services work with the headphones so consider that before purchasing. Another problem is the volume control. By default, headphones connected to a new Samsung TV turn on full volume after going into charging mode on the base station. So if you don't remember, you'll be surprised when you put the headphones on, and they'll turn you on momentarily deafening, defeating the purpose of silence when someone is sleeping or reading that you don't want to disturb. Some may assume that this is a compatibility issue with Samsung, which may be true, but still doesn't solve the problem that nobody seems to know the answer.
