So I'm 5ft 2in, about 157cm, and my weight fluctuates between 110lbs and 135lbs when I work out. The shirt is stretchy, almost like jersey but not quite. This is fantastic as the shirt fits my entire weight range well. It's more relaxed at a lighter weight, yet stretchy enough to support the 20-30lbs I carry. .Material is 50/50 poly cotton blend, so be careful when washing. IT WILL SHRINK WITH CONTINUOUS USING OF HOT WATER. Also, the shirts are designed to fit while maintaining a decent length. Tucking them in altogether isn't recommended, a good buy if you know what you're getting and feels comfortably thinner than most would be comfortable with, but you can always add more layers.
