I wanted to add a review. After reading my review, the folks at FSTAR took it upon themselves to ship a new ATM that arrived at my home on a Saturday, just in time for my trip. The toy works great and I am very happy to give it to my grandson. Thank you for taking the initiative to send a replacement after reading my review. 5 stars for customer service. I bought this as a gift for my grandson's 9th birthday and I was very happy with it. big disappointment! The original packaging it came in was the most fragile packaging I have ever seen. There was no seal on the box, no instructions on how to operate or program the toy other than the very general instructions on the box. I put the coins in the bank, but they never registered on the balance sheet and the bills, old or new, never made it onto the rolls in the bank. The only thing this toy did was make a lot of noise and piss me off! I'm glad I tried putting money in the bank and realized it was junk before I gave it away. Great concept, great idea, but bad quality. No, I repeat. DO NOT waste your money or time on this toy. I don't want a child to get upset because this toy is rubbish and breaks on a special day. Very upset and disappointed.
