These 4 X 6 bags were exactly what I expected them to be. Some reviewers have commented that they seem small or tight, but a simple check with a ruler before ordering would have given the buyer a sense of the size. Now, they aren't made of a stretchy-type of plastic, but rather a cellophane-type, so there really isn't any "give," but as long as what you intend to put in them is an appropriate size, you should be fine. I needed them to wrap three-dimensional chocolate lollipops which measure about 2 X 2 X 1, and they fit fine, with enough extra bag to twist around the pop, and fasten with the twist-tie. I also used them to hold about an ounce of small candies, and if I had needed to, I could have fit far more in there. These were closed with a folded paper bag-topper, but they would have been large enough to twist and use the twist-tie, if that had been how I wanted to package them.
