Love the adjustability
The main compartment sits above two side drawers that slide in and out so it can be adjusted to fit the width of the drawer. I fully extended the left drawer and fully inserted the right drawer and it fits perfectly. I like that this means there are no gaps around the edges where you can lose your cutlery. No assembly required, just pop it in the box and you're in gold. The size and depth are good for my silver. Good range of sizes in different cells; This seems to work well for other types of utensils (steak knives, chopsticks, etc.) as well.
