Works fine with my Windows 7
I use it as a second monitor for my work, I'm very happy with the resolution, my eyes don't hurt after a day on it, I like the touchscreen features, it works quite well with Win7. The size is perfect and I love that the monitor has an extra stand as I'm a tall person and can always use the extra inches to get the monitor right in front of my eyes.
