I used to only use Brawny. I clean at home, so I always need paper towels. I had them by car delivery and 2 times they've sold out and couldn't be delivered. And I understand that can happen, but what really annoys me is the quality. The quality actually got worse with each batch. I used 5 rolls from this last batch of 2 packs and just had to buy another brand. The absorbency isn't that great and the fact that they now leave lint on everything they come in contact with is why I switched to a different brand. I will add that the price of this product is amazing! I paid $22 and recently checked the exact same price of a product had gone up to $54.50. C'mon Revain - if you can get your account suspended for "excessive returns", you may need to do quality control to make sure you don't ship crappy products that need to be returned! I am seriously discussing the possibility of renewing my membership next month.
