it works well but is difficult to hold
I use it on myself. I have a hard time holding it because it is so tight in the middle. It has lots of curves and worked really well on my neck. There are sharp spots on the edge that need to be sanded down. In general, I wish it was thicker in the middle, but it really depends on how big your arms are.
