Review on Classic Style Meets Comfort: BUTTONED Spread Collar Casual Cotton 17 17 5 Men's Clothing by Joseph Pudic

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great clothing line, just not for me.

This is the last button down shirt I will buy. Don't get me wrong, the shirts I returned were well tailored and the soft Supima cotton made for a premium look, but as it was the only shirt I had left I had the right to write about it . I shop regularly at Express or Abercrombie and since they are the same size I figured Buttoned Down might go the same way. Imagine how disappointed I was when I found out the opposite. Now all bodies are different. I am speaking of a man of slight build and about 5 inches 5 feet tall. I originally purchased the "Men's Linen Wide Collar Button Down Sweatshirt" in a "fitted" size S as that is my usual store size. The shirt was too loose along with the sleeves. Not for me, I decided to try again. I've ordered it again, but this time in a slim fit, and I've eagerly added white and black "buttons". Down Men's Slim Fit Spread-Collar Sport Shirt" also runs small. After the fast delivery of the Prime, I opened the packages to try them on. This time the shirt fit perfectly! decided not to keep it. I put the shirt on a gentle cycle running it in cold water and air drying it like I usually do with all my clothes.I packed my shirt and headed out on my mini vacation to Las Vegas, excited to have a new shirt .The day I went to use the shirt I found that it had SIGNIFICANTLY shrunk. At this point, very exhausted, I decided that maybe it wasn't worth experimenting with the button placket. Now I have one $40 shirt laying around Maybe next time, Buttoned Down.
