Reliable & user friendly for storing call center data

I like that it integrates with our other systems, so we can see what's going in from one system to another (ie customer info into accounts). It has some bugs but they are working hard at fixing them as fast possible! The interface could use an update/enhancement - maybe even have 2 versions of optiomatetool? One more streamlined version would be nice too since there isn't much room left once you get all your modules installed etc.. We're able store everything about every contact or employee within this software; tracking history-wise and time wise along wth their GPS location which allows us access 24 hours 7 days per week when needed via phone calls / text messages if need arises during off business hrs.
