They wanted to better understand my problem and help me fix it. They sent me a replacement product and gave me a link to a video showing how to install it for a tablet (the instructions included are for a phone). Once I did this, this setup was perfect. I don't even know, I have protection on my MS Surface. Amazing.Sparin's commitment to customer service and high quality products has made them my new choice for all my screen protectors. Cathy, the customer service rep who contacted me, was solely focused on making me a happy customer and definitely excelled. More and more companies have to take care of their products. I also want to highlight the incredible (recyclable) packaging of their product. When you receive this you can't help but think that it is of high quality. Thank you Spar. Old rating: One star would be unfair as this is a great product. Excellent packaging. Everything you need. A very strong piece of glass. The problem is that the surface is large and even the smallest microscopic dust particles leave a stain. Not a bubble, but one of those sharp points. This spot then becomes part of the running surface (not on the glass surface). Then you are in this never-ending battle to remove it without getting more stains. It can be done. But it is not easy. If you live in a low-dust environment, you'll likely fly through them with no problem. 3 stars for the stickers on the hinges. They don't hold up well at all. It's a big piece of glass that you hang on the hinges, and when you spend time aligning it and putting those stickers on the hinges, you're not happy about it just falling off and having to do it all over again. and again . and again . and then use your own ribbon.
