Be sure to tick all the details! The first chair I received was missing a screw and washer. The central gauge station was also damaged. The lever didn't go up. Got a second chair, this time all parts were included. The chair is basically easy to assemble, the armrests are surprisingly heavy and stable. The wheels are surprisingly cheap for the price of this chair. Even with the mat, the wheels are noisy and clumsy! The chair is not comfortable for long days or nights in front of the computer. I don't want this chair to be my office chair. The clock on this thing won't be productive. Games or school, maybe just because you won't fall asleep in this chair. The chair is perfect for home use, durable and beautiful to look at! Ideal for short-term daily use. The upholstery of the chair is NOT plush.
