These are very comfortable shoes but will last less than a year.1. I've gone through 4 pairs of these Sketchers and they all lasted about 9 months before the soles came off the shoe or the stitching started poking little holes. Now I wear them every day; I'm mostly on my feet but mostly wear them indoors. So I wear them a lot, so I'll leave it to you if they wear out too quickly.2. They are comfortable for my feet. I wear size 12 and they fit perfectly. I recently ordered another pair of shoes at a lower price and they were too small. I've worn a size 12 my entire adult life so I'll let you judge if they are true to size. Overall they are well priced and I think they are good shoes for comfort. and wearing time.
