About a month ago I noticed that my right foot was being pinched to the point of pain by the boots. Then I found out I had Morton's Syndrome, an inflammation of the nerves between the bones in the foot. I immediately had to buy wider shoes because I couldn't walk in my normal shoes. Ordered 10 1/2 sizes as usual from New Balance. The sketchers were the right length. But the width was a little tight at the toes. I tried the insoles through Dr. Scholls but the shoes pinched my toes so badly I sent the original insoles back. You seem to have enough margin of safety that Dr. Sound is not needed.
