I have a big heavy old Hanns-G 28" monitor and a heavy old Samsung 24" monitor and both were easy to install. The design of the top two screws makes them difficult to attach to a single 2x4 bolt. So remember that you need to drill the pilot hole slightly up and towards the center for the left screw and slightly up to the left and towards the center for the bottom right screw. to make sure the screws fit snugly in the stud and not just cut the edge. Not super difficult, but just something to keep in mind. Other than that, my only complaints are that 1) the plastic cable management piece on the first hinge that comes out of the wall doesn't have a tight lock so it will slide out all the time. I fixed it by simply making a decorative wrap with fabric tape that looks nice and will hold it in place, but it's unnecessary for now. And 2.) it really should have a small slot for the Allen key needed to adjust the gas strut that holds the monitor in place. There is no reason why it would not be possible to integrate somewhere.
