Great sound, but I had the same issues as others: The rubber earcups kept falling off and stretching. This is a lack of quality and design. Keep in mind that these are rubber parts that will probably cost pennies but make a huge difference to the experience. Anker said they cannot replace rubber parts under warranty. They offered to swap out the entire rig for a new one, but thinking this was a design flaw, I asked to pay the difference to upgrade to another model that uses a different mounting system. They said no and offered a refund if I sent them back. I said I would only assume the loss as I didn't want to go through the hassle of going to the post office to send it back. At that point they offered me a partial refund with no refund. I can't say I'm happy but at least they tried. A few years ago I had a pair of JBL headphones that had a zipper come loose. JBL discontinued them so they sent me a brand new pair of headphones for free. Just remember, you are buying the company's customer service, not just the product. If I could pay the difference to replace a better designed model I would be happy. Anker is far from the worst, but now I have to buy a new pair of headphones minus $15. Not optimal given the situation but now I regret not returning to JBL immediately as they take better care of their customers that way.
