I had one candidate that did not allow me access to his/her social media accounts or phone number so it made the background check process time consuming since we needed verification of employment dates as well. Also if you are required by your state labor board to have an employee complete this information prior to hiring them - make sure there is no lag between completing all fields and submitting the application with the necessary information (if applicable). We were able to find out about candidates past work history at other companies which provided us with peace of mind in regards to their character.
