The skirt I really wanted was a white plaid with heart buckles and a chain on it. I really loved it. I was pretty sure it was what I ordered but I may have been wrong. This skirt is cute and I like it too. It's also super stretchy. That surprised me a little. The material is very similar to spandex. He seems very soft to me. Whatever the material, it picks up lint and hair like crazy, so be prepared with this skirt. I had to use a lint roller. When you receive this skirt, you need to thread the ties by yourself. It's not a high waisted skirt, at least I don't think so. Thus, the length is like an average skirt. It covers everything, but the tilt might not work.
