Very nice spoons BUT BE CAREFUL - you can use a disposable plastic spoon. PROS: The plastic feels thick and they fit nicely in my five month old's mouth. CONS: The transparency of the plastic immediately turns yellow and tarnishes. The first time I used it I thought maybe I hadn't washed it quickly enough after use (which is what happens when you have a small child and don't have time to do the dishes right away). So the second time I used a different one, I *literally* washed it after using it. And the damn thing still got dirty and yellow (the second spoon in my photos). It looks rough and dirty no matter how hard I try to clean it. So I think it's ok *IF* you only feed your baby clear or light foods. But for the rest of us who are feeding our kids carrots and peas and such, you should probably buy something else that will last.
