Review on ๐ŸŒ๏ธ Clicgear Golf Tour and Stand Bags Booster by Steve Quinn

Working and happy

Having impulsively bought the Clicgear 3.5 the other day, I decided my Hoofer Ping bag looked like a square bobby pin in a round hole. Didn't fit, front wheel rubbed no matter what I did. Crazy I didn't research more. my fault If you are like me then just buying a trolley is not an option. I like being able to take my clubs with me and carry them around if I want to and I don't want to mess around with a cart bag anyway. This amp works well, not quite what I had in mind, but it still works. . I was looking for ways to make my bag work before I found this. A couple of YouTube people adapted the front arm/wheel to the pockets on the stands. Someone else mentioned putting a block of wood in it (I'm cheap, but it's too cheap even for me). Anyway, I didn't want to break my nice new car, and I didn't plan on lugging junk around with me everywhere. So ordered, received, does what it should (see photos). The reinforcement flattens the bottom of the bag and actually lifts it off the wheel. I feel like even if I adjusted the front arm it wouldn't solve the awkward angle the bottom of the bag has. Booster also solves this problem. I'm not upset that I had to pay for it because I use a tote bag on my trolley. Some people see this as a design flaw, but it's designed for trolley bags, not tote bags, which is why they're selling a booster. I posted before and after photos. Also note that this does not prevent the carts from collapsing. . Once it's on, it's on. Super easy to install or remove if you ever buy a trolley.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • I have no aversion to it, everything is fine
