Love the look of the bag, hate the fact that it doesn't close

It's very cute but it has two problems. I personally wear it on my chest, not on my shoulder, the chain was too small for that. I also noticed that it doesn't stay closed and it's annoying to close it when it's reopened. I've added photos to show what it looks like.
