DO NOT waste your time and money! (Surface Pro 7)

I bought this dock for my Surface Pro 7. The design concept is actually pretty cool. And if it worked, that would be great. I noticed that this is a solid stand, it has some weight. The problem is when I got it it didn't work right out of the box. When I placed my Surface Pro in the charging dock, it wouldn't charge until I wiggled the charging cable on the back of the dock's base. Even then it only worked for a few days, more like a day actually. After that it stopped loading. Even when I wanted to listen to a video or stream a TV show, there was no sound from either the tablet or my Bluetooth speaker that I usually use with my tablet. UNLESS I pulled the charger sideways out of the tablet holder to the right >>>. I called Kensington Customer Service and they attempted to resolve the issue with me over the phone. When they finally concluded it needed replacing (which didn't take them long to find out), they were happy to replace it. I was expecting to have to ship the dock back to them before getting a new one but due to Covid restrictions they didn't want me to ship it back to me. Excellent. They sent me a new one. AND I HAD THESE PROBLEMS! If you buy this product, you should know that it only works as a stand for your Surface Pro as it does not charge. Definitely for a long time, and then it stops loading. Also, you cannot hear any sound while watching videos or streaming TV shows. Unless the loading mechanism is pulled out sideways. Even if you try to connect a Bluetooth speaker to Surface Pro. I now have two of these junk parts. I paid $400 for it and can't get it to work properly. So my advice to the "Verified Buyer" is don't waste your time and money. Dissatisfied buyer in Arizona.
