I tried another model of Thunderbolt Yattamaster and had the same problem as this one. I don't know if the WD SN550 is some kind of model with a different thickness than the other model, but the lid didn't close smoothly. When you tried to close the lid by gently pushing it, I had a feeling that the SSD might be damaged. The copper heat dissipation pad looks too thick and doesn't provide enough headroom to hold the SSD. The material was good, although the speed tested was poor compared to another Yattamaster model. In addition, the write speed is almost half as fast. The file system is APF without encryption.
