Works even better than expected! I moved to a whole (heavy) house with my 15 year old son and had rotator cuff surgery 5 months ago! Easy after you figure it out, but: TIPS: 1) Both straps have 2 sliding buckles for fastening. (Each person 1 sliding buckle for each belt). So you attached the other 2 buckles to the other end of the main straps in the initial setup since we had all 4 together. 2) Have one person adjust the extra slack so you can more easily adjust the balance from one wearer to the next. 3) Make sure the vest is hooked in the center back. it is turned upside down, but a BIG strain on the neck! 4) Pass the strap through the buckle so that it holds the pressure on itself. sometimes slips to the point of picking up a lot of weight or holding an extra strap to make it hooked. Even the heaviest dressers were so light we said we could do it all day! We saved over $1500 on the moving bill! VERY USEFUL PRODUCT!
