Gotta say that I am very impressed. I purchased this to get me through longer runs, (5-10) miles. I have a Camelback Lobo which is OK, but way too bulky, and it takes a minute to fill and gear up. I never needed or wanted anywhere close to the 3 liters the Camelback holds. I have traditionally run with a waist pack for my phone ( music and to tracks my runs). Holding a bottle has always felt like a distraction. Now that it's warmer, I need a little water. I am venturing off road and onto trails and forest service roads more often. This little gem allows me to cary small stuff in the back like bear spray, energy bar, GU, bandaids, or even a small radio. When not heading off road, there is plenty of room for a lightweight rain jacket. Again, the back pocket is not huge, but offers a lot of versatility without feeling bulky. I read in other reviews that the front pocket is not quite big enough for an iPhone 7. It does stick out a little, but it fits fine for me. I can also place my phone in the back pouch if I need two bottles. Not my preference, but it works ok and doesn't feel like its flopping around. I did not purchase the bottles. I have a 12oz Amphipod bottle, 2 10oz Nathan's, and 1 7 oz Nathan bottle. They all fit in the front pocket, but so far I have only used the 7oz bottle. I did experience nipple chaff on my first run, but that was corrected with some Body Glide and a vest adjustment. So far the quality of the vest looks to be very good. Stitching appears solid, straps are very functional, and hold the vest as snug as I would like without slipping It has been a great way for me to carry a little more stuff without feeling overloaded or breaking the bank. I was unsure how a vest would feel on a run, but it has not been a distraction. I would recommend it if you are looking at an affordable option to cary a small amount of water or gear, without feeling like you are on a cross country trek.
