I am very disappointed with this product. I bought this for my new house and since I cook everyday it gets a lot worse. The main problem is that the heat is totally inconsistent! I've burned so many things because I set the handle to 3/10 and it basically blows up the pan and sets the food on fire. If I then turn the heat down to very low, it often shuts off completely and my food ends up in a cold pan. It also doesn't appear to be able to generate any heat other than high, super hot, or medium hot. I've been cooking for 30 years and can't stand how inconsistent the heat is and how difficult the cooking is. I would not recommend this to anyone. It can spoil the impression of the kitchen
