These are very well made and are great for preventing solder mixing on the same pot. Red is the thickest, and they gradually become thinner to work with different types of solder. You will obviously want to use the solder that burns hottest with the thickest to reduce the chance of warping, although I haven't experienced this problem again in 6 months of use. Because they're color coated and separated by size, they're hard to confuse if you're paying attention, which is great since you don't want to mix up the solders.
