The grommets were great but I couldn't figure out how to use the tool to flatten them. The grommets have some sharp edges after being placed with the tool and are folded inward so you can see the grommet back through the grommet hole, interfering with a tight fit through the hole and snagging. Maybe user error, but that was too much for me. I ended up using my old hole punch, an old mini hammer, and a metal rod/eye puncher to place them and I liked this result a lot more. The old rod loop setter let the back lay flat without scraping or poking. I installed 90 grommets and installing the grommets was a breeze. This tool would have taken much longer and I just didn't like the result. But eyelets and case are good! Almost all grommets used, they probably cost $20.
