As others have said but I wasn't listening ---- it's small, the backs are very small and maybe in my youth I could do the back easy to put on but it's not for me. I don't even think my 29 year old daughter struggles with it. The other issue was that the screws on the back end at a point well beyond the width of my earlobe, so they don't fit. Hope that helps!
