Too hard. I did some research and saw that they weighed over 13 ounces, but many reviews said they were comfortable. Well, they didn't exist at all. I didn't walk in it. I wore them around the house all day, they were so tight and heavy. I didn't feel the usual pillowy cloud on my feet when walking. I will say that I love Mizuno sneakers and have worn them for many years. These just didn't fit so I had to send them back. Went and bought my regular Waveriders and they are great. Mizuno is not against these shoes at all, hence the three stars.
