**Update - I just got a new and improved knitting needle! It's absolutely amazing! It's even easier to use than the previous one I have. The spring is much easier to compress with one hand, making it easier to thread line through the grommet, and the small form factor is no longer an issue as the spring is much less taut. LOVE THIS KNEE! Shout again guys! You just keep getting better! Thanks very much! I've had this knotting needle for over a month now and I'm still learning how to knit different knots with it. It feels very solid in hand, although it was a bit smaller than I expected :). This is useful because it acts almost like a third hand as it grips the end of the line and holds it down while I tie the knot. I also LOVE all the videos that show step by step in HD quality how to tie different knots with the Knot Kneedle. Good product! - Update - I've had 2 conversations with the company - 1 before and 1 after the sale and the customer service has been excellent, really caring and much quicker than I expected.
