I am hard of hearing and was looking for something to wake me up without waking up the household. First, for efficiency reasons, it wasn't. They woke me no more than any vibrating smartwatch or Fitbit, even on the highest settings. Comfort: The terrycloth headband is good, but the watch is still bulky and uncomfortable. Usage: I found the VCRs and digital alarm clocks of the 80's to be easier to navigate. It's not intuitive and no manual is included. You have to download it from the website, but it's not easy to find it. I do not recommend this alarm clock. If vibrations wake you up, you get smartwatch features for a little more money.
