It has many options of screens that you could choose according its nature like screen capture etc., which one do we need it? Sometimes when sharing your desktop over network there are some glitches in our client's computer so they feel confused what exactly happening but this tool helps me very much by giving them real time view via webcam. We use this product as well as other products provided by Microsoft such as office 365 where remotely control windows 10 machine using any web browser through cloud services. This makes their work easier and more effective because now i don't have to come physically near the customer location just make sure everything goes perfect without interrupting their performance/workflow. It also provides additional security features at least.
