Unreliable best in my rating

Looks good while it works but is far from reliable. It turns off by itself and you only have to wait a few minutes for it to turn on again. Unplug and plug back in, plug into another outlet, cool AC/DC adapter; fixes nothing. You just have to wait for it to turn on again. It sometimes runs for hours with no issues, but I'm writing this review after shutting it down for about two minutes every 5-10 minutes for 3 hours. It doesn't matter how good it looks if it doesn't work when you need it. I have no idea what's wrong with mine, I hope it's just an AC/DC adapter, but for $300+ I expect something to last more than a month.
