The right snuff and wick cutter is a must for any candle lover - provided you actually burn your candles and don't treat them like statues. This set came in cute but not lavish packaging and excellent quality for the price. We placed ours on a tray next to a large rod holder with 5 different sized rods. We cut the wicks, light the candles and extinguish them when we light the candle a few hours later. This trimming and extinguishing method ensures that the candles burn correctly and evenly and that the wax does not splatter when blown out. You can easily spend a lot more for lower quality.
