Finally the right technical base coat. I use them under my BJJ Gi pants as a rash guard. It took me forever to find what suits me. I've ordered others that were supposed to be 4x but were more like 2x in size. The Nike base layers are true to size and are a standard US sizing. Remember that this is a lightweight compression garment that should fit snugly on the body. You should feel a slight pressure. They're not as strong as some specialty rashguards, but I like them because I wear them under my pants. I never liked gym shorts. Doesn't look good for a guy my size. Lol Oh and last but not least make sure you wear boxer shorts underneath. Ordinary boxers do not walk and do not gather in a heap.
