The only problem is the shoe
I used the new Nike Free RN right out of the box and ran two miles on the treadmill at mic pace in 15 minutes. Basically it was a very slow run and the soles are so brittle that the wear and tear looks like I've walked in them for a month. You can actually see the layers peeling off. save your money Shoes have style but no meaning.
