I've had this set for a year just because I've been using lip brushes and the eyeliner brushes have been fine. I also used blush and contour brushes although they were quite harsh on the face and lost their shape. Some of the big ones had hair falling out and the small ones had the entire metal part that attaches the brush to the wooden handle falling out. After you wash the brushes, they become harder. They weren't that soft to begin with. That’s how I found Ulta cosmetic brushes a year later. QVC has them too and they are sooooo soft and hair never sticks to your face! I didn't know any better because it was my first set of brushes, but now I know better and know that makeup brushes should be soft on the face! Don't get this set! waste of money!
