This is a tube for your Xaiomi M365 scooter

The quality seems good and the brass valve stem seems solid. I wish it was pre-dusted with chalk/starch, but that's an easy fix. Be warned though: you'll need pry bars to install this thing. Working with a tire that small in diameter is incredibly difficult. I do a lot of bike maintenance and have a few tips: 1) Get tire changers - they're good (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NU928OO). You will definitely need them. 2) Dust the test tube with some starch (corn, tapioca, etc.) before installation. This reduces friction between the tube and tire during inflation, resulting in better tube fit and durability. 3) Make sure the valve stem is positioned so that it is not tilted forward or backward. If this is the case, inflating the brass rod will put so much pressure on the rubber hose junction that a leak may occur. Do this before putting the tire back on the rim. 4) To prevent the stem from being pulled out during tire mounting, pass the stem through the wheel and unscrew the valve cover. This will help hold it in place. 5) To put the tire back on, insert the tire bead at one end into the center groove of the rim - this gives you more bead to work with the opposite end as you run. it is over the edge of the rim. This technique is also useful when removing a tire. You may have to move the bead into the wheel groove a few times as it tends to come out easily. 6) When working on the rear wheel, be careful not to bend the brake disc as you will normally use the ground. to secure things when you remount the tire. 7) Reinstall the tire on the non-rotor side of the rear wheel. In other words, install the bead on the rotor side first (you don't need pry bars for this). This is because the rotor tends to get in the way of the mount, making installation even more difficult. 8) Finally, be sure to check the pressure regularly. It should be at 50psi to avoid pinching on sharp roadsides or in crevices. Much luck!
