Gift for my 7 year old son. He liked it at first, put his loose change and Christmas dollar bills in it. I understand how to reset the code if forgotten. You remove the batteries and wait for the reinstallation. Then enter "0000" to reset the device. I've done this at least 50 times, 5 minutes, 30 minutes as instructed and even waited days. I replaced the batteries with brand new Duracell batteries and every time I pressed the button it asked for "password please". I had to break in to get my son's money. I can see if he owned this bank for years or treated it roughly, but it sat on his dresser and he deposited money 2-3 times a week. We had a few months and now it's rubbish. I missed the window to come back so thought I'd leave a review to mention my experience. For your health
