I bought one of these Sigg bottles over 20 years ago and it has suffered a lot - dents and later lots of paint in the Lives lost due to - beyond structural deformation, but damn it if it never broke and never delivered anything other than a fresh taste of water every time. But in the end I had to part with this champion and buy a new one. Well, that's not the same Sigg. It has been supplying water with a metallic taste for a little over a year. I wipe the bottle, take out the paper towel and what do I find?. Rust! So these are either fakes or Sigg made a mistake in the quality of their product. In any case, I'm not sure if I want to buy another one now.
