Just ordered two of these. Yes, I measured as suggested. Yes, I chose the recommended size. It's good to have it in place. When in place, it provides good support. My issue is that the L/Lx sleeve did NOT stay in place, but instead slid down fairly quickly, requiring frequent pull ups. So I thought maybe I was the wrong size and stupidly ordered a second S/M sleeve. Recieved today. It also started slipping almost immediately. That's fine as long as I sit down, never get up, and most importantly, never walk. I need knee braces to use for long periods of time. I absolutely cannot recommend them.
