I've wanted a massage gun for a long time. I train 5-6 days a week and run a lot. As I age, my body takes longer to recover. I just never wanted to spend hundreds of dollars on one. If I knew how good they are, I would. I've been using it for about a week now and can't believe it has affected my recovery. My legs feel fantastic. You get six high-quality attachments, although I think I'll most likely only use two or three of these. The battery lasts three hours and has an LED battery indicator. There are five gears or intensity levels that determine the speed of rotation of this massage gun. The exact levels are given in the attached instructions. I watched a few YouTube videos on how to use the massage gun. If you're a beginner like me, I highly recommend this. These don't vibrate. It's more like a jackhammer! You have to be careful with bones and ligaments. I have to say now I'm curious about Theragun but I guess my question is how much better can it be? $400 vs. $80 is a big gap! As for me, I would save $320 and enjoy Heliofit! This is a great product at a phenomenal price. Highly recommended!
