I bought this for my 5 year old son on April 22nd, we installed it in his room right away that night. We were blown away by the image quality from the projector and how mesmerizing the iridescent colors were. So much so that my 10 year old daughter wanted one too, I ordered one for her and waited until her birthday on May 19th to give it to her. She was also happy that I had one. Now that I've adjusted both, I notice that my son's moon and cloud image has faded drastically over the month. I reached out to Otisify today to show them. I really didn't expect them to entertain my whiner but they responded quickly. With the understanding that this is not common, it happens so quickly that they immediately offered to send me a brand new one! Basically it's just a very good product with amazing customer service! This could be the next birthday present for all my nieces and nephews, just wonderful!
