I chose this Gofanco b/c with all 7 connections , where it is powerful 2.4 A; and because it has NO CABLES - with a lower price than a similar one. My devices cover Apple, Samsung 80-pin and mini-USB. I was glad I didn't have 5-7 cheap cables. I have a lot of these, but I still order six packs of one foot anchor cables - some - to use with this box. The box itself is educational, non-slip on rubber feet, and loads as expected. Holds my devices as expected and helps reduce desk clutter. I haven't done any technical testing yet, it seems current and charges are distributed as specified. There is enough space to store phones. I had no problems with my cell phone. But I found my tablets not so good in one case, but I managed. But it's obvious that a kid's suitcase with a Megafoam liner won't work. When charging is more important to you than stacking cases that are too thick. then don't worry If I had one wish - and it doesn't apply to this product - it would be that it be designed with a small window/door at the bottom of each dock - or better yet, a shutter that can be added to the port end of that USB cable. You can then route the cables out from under the box, by raising the walls of the mount 1/2" and adding a 1/2" device mount (to release the cable/latch at the bottom). It's still early, so I'll be careful. . But so far so good. But it's obvious that a kid's suitcase with a Megafoam liner won't work.
