I really like this device. No more tangled cables clogging my counters! I had an issue charging the first two ports but I solved it by unplugging my i devices and moving them to the front two ports. Now everything works fine. I'm not sure why this matters, but it works now. I saw a review that someone else had a similar problem and found that the connector cable wasn't fully plugged in. This is a well made product that works great. I would give it 3.5 stars but not 1/2 stars. Pros: Requires only one wall outlet to charge many devices. All devices can be charged at high speed at the same time. Devices (phones, Kindle, iPad) are packaged in an OtterBox or other protective case or case with a Bluetooth keyboard. This product is great. I did a lot of research before purchasing, including measuring the devices I wanted to put in the slots and making sure they fit the rubber cases. We currently have two iPad 2s and three iPad Minis in this unit. Of course, charging won't be at full speed when they're all connected, but it's rare that they'll all turn on at the same time. With many devices that still need charging, this product is invaluable. We used to have a multi-port USB charger, but cables have become a hindrance. I just received this so this review is based on my experience with the box. I love this thing! With kids and electronics, my life seemed totally wrapped up in wires!
