Some stupid people 1) didn't read the product description and 2) ordered this product with the intention of ruining the product. This is A glove and is not designed to fully withstand heat; You shouldn't wrap your hand around a curling iron and see if you can melt the glove, you should wear the glove in the hand you don't use to hold the curler and have it there to avoid burns if you accidentally break your touch skin . This glove will NOT melt unless you want it to. Holding the curl in my hand it feels a bit warm even with a glove on, so I give it 4 out of 5 for heat resistance. Wonderful product for the price I paid.
